These are the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) for Pondo Pinoy Lending Corp. (“PPLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PPLC’s website, mobile applications, or any services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use our Services.
2. Definitions
- Borrower: Any individual or entity applying for or receiving a loan from PPLC.
- Loan Agreement: The contract between you and PPLC specifying loan amount, term, interest rate, fees, and repayment schedule.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a legal resident of the Philippines.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
4. Account Registration
You agree to:
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Loan Application & Disbursement
All applications are subject to credit approval and our underwriting criteria.
We may require supporting documents (e.g., financial statements, IDs).
Approved funds will be disbursed to your designated bank account or e-wallet.
6. Interest Rates & Fees
Your Loan Agreement will spell out the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) and any flat or processing fees.
We reserve the right to change our fees and rates for new loans; existing loans are bound by their original terms.
7. Repayment Terms
Payments are due on the dates and in the amounts set forth in your Loan Agreement.
Prepayment is allowed – partial or full – without penalty, unless otherwise stated in your Loan Agreement.
8. Representations & Warranties
By applying for a loan, you affirm that:
- You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
- All information you provide is truthful and accurate.
- No legal action prevents you from accessing our Services.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference:

10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos on our platforms are owned by or licensed to PPLC. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.
11. Disclaimers
- No Financial Advice: We’re a lender, not your financial advisor. Decisions are yours alone.
- “AS IS”: Our Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties—express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPLC (and its officers, directors, employees, agents) will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of your use of the Services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PPLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Taguig, Philippines.
15. Modification of Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we’ll post a notice on our website or notify you directly. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, without notice, for any breach of these Terms or applicable law.
17. Severability
If a court finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
